Artist Application To enter the Painting Padiham 2025 competition please complete and submit the application form below. Please note that completed artwork must be submitted to a reasonable level of presentation for the subsequent exhibition. The Picture House Gallery will be offering artists discount on any frames made for the event artwork. Please note framing will not be provided free of charge for any participants including winning artists.
